IPA STUDIO’s Creative Drama program creates a space where children can express themselves freely through play, movement, improvisation and storytelling. The aim is not to teach children acting, but to give them room to discover through play.
Creative drama for children at IPA Studio combines play, movement, improvisation and storytelling in a Turkish-language creative environment. The work creates opportunities for children to use their imagination, make things together and experiment with different forms of expression.
In creative drama, play is not simply an outcome but one of the central tools for discovery. Movement, improvisation and storytelling allow children to explore body, voice, surroundings and relationships within the group in creative ways.
Listening, sharing and acting together within an imagined situation are important parts of the group process. Through different roles, situations and stories, children can express their own ideas while encountering those of others, bringing individual creativity and collective creation together.
